Responsibilities:

Database Maintenance: Ensure our databases are up-to-date, accurate, and secure.
Data Analytics: Analyze data to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve our services.
Report Creation: Develop comprehensive reports to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.
Database Creation: Design and implement new databases to support our expanding range of services.
Database Adjustment: Modify existing databases to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of database maintenance and creation.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as File Maker or MS Power Apps
Excellent report writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the travel and rewards industry is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization tools
Experience with SQL and programming languages
