What You'll Be Doing:

Your role will be a delightful mix of retail and reception duties, including:

Providing exceptional customer service
Answering the telephone
Scanning, data input, faxing, and filing
Addressing patient questions
Scheduling patient appointments for 9 different providers
Handling payments (debit, credit, cash, and insurance)
Retail services
Cleaning
Learning about products we sell to educate clients/customers

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in all reception duties and assistant skills
Impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Clear communication skills
General administrative and clerical support: scanning, e-fax, and filing
Strong computer skills
Social media experience is a must
Ability to prioritize projects and pay attention to detail

The Details:

Approximately 40-44 hours per week
Must have a car to cover both locations
Full-time position requiring work on 2 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday)
Daytime shifts only
Starting wage of $18/hour (non-negotiable)
Performance-based raises
Interviews will be held over the next 3 weeks
Official start date upon finding the perfect candidate
