Job summary:
The Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the marketing department business, requiring a creative individual to own and grow our omni-channels by developing the strategy, creating content, working with creators & influencers and interacting with our audiences.
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, hands-on and highly organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail. The Marketing Specialist will be able to innovate, create, captivate, bring brand vision to life, be collaborative and have a growth mindset.
The individual be reporting to the Marketing Director and will work closely with a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager and 2 Graphic designers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with our brands objectives and tailored for each digital channel.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Participate in the production of high-quality written and visual content.
- Monitor content performance using content analysis tools, audience insights, and more.
- Participate in the ideation, planning and execution of campaign and eCommerce photoshoots (local and overseas).
- Develop various digital assets with the design team.
- Assist with email marketing planning and execution as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fashion marketing.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise from project to project.
Requirements:
- High level of expertise with social media platforms (IG, Tiktok, Pinterest, FB, Youtube and more): Proven track record in growing organic social media presence & community management, as well as curating a strong brand identity.
- Strong eye for detail and confident in creating a strong aesthetic that aligns with our brands.
- Ability to execute ideas for content creation from end to end.
- Strong understanding of the creative process and concepts of editing, retouching, finishing and presentation.
- Have creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how to utilise them to reach company goals and targets
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the fashion and/or sport industry is a plus
- Must be fully bilingual (French and English)
