Liberty Entertainment Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting and coordinating all marketing efforts across Liberty Group's growing portfolio of restaurants and venues. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works directly with multiple teams and departments to promote the Liberty brand.
We are looking for a team player who is passionate and excels at communicating effectively and efficiently both in digital and event settings. Our ideal candidate should be creative-focused, understands digital marketing analytics, and experienced in social media management in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining various social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. for all venues under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Curating content to effectively reflect each brand under Liberty Group including image and video selection for promotional purposes.
- Brainstorm and assist in developing marketing materials as well as strategies to promote programs, events, and initiatives.
- Coordinating and overseeing monthly content shoots at all venues to reflect brand image.
- Live social media event coverage alongside editing photos and videos for promotional purposes.
- Managing media guest lists for events, programs, and initiatives.
- Managing, editing, and updating websites on WordPress.
- Designing, editing, and updating including but not limited to graphics, flyers, banners, billboards, physical menus, and any promotional materials.
- Creating effective email marketing campaigns through MailChimp.
- Influencer outreach by managing and maintaining relationships while communicating collaboration expectations and guidelines.
- Effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- Overall understanding of the Hospitality and Entertainment industry.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, Later, Canva, and CapCut.
- Creative eye in videography and photography.
- Understanding in website design and maintenance.
- Effective at copywriting.
- Effective curation and management of social media accounts.
- Graphic Design
- Knowledge in email marketing through MailChimp
- Organization in managing multiple tasks simultaneously for various brands.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong English writing skills.
- On-site full-time position.
- Open to working based on our event schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- It is a plus if candidate has experience working in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry.
