Job Description:
Provide general administrative support to a team of sales professionals. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Considerable judgment and initiative are required in organizing routines and handling confidential material.
Responsibility:
- Compose and prepare correspondence and documents for the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and documents.
- Support marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media, email, or other events.
- General administrative, marketing, and support functions as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience with providing administrative support to sales teams.
- Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp will be an asset but not required.
- Open to learning new skills/tasks as required.
Salary:
- Starting from $36,192/year, based on experience.
