Job Overview:
As a Creative Associate at Kipling Media, you will be instrumental in developing and executing creative content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve creating compelling copy, designing eye-catching visuals, and producing engaging video content. This position requires a strong grasp of written and spoken English (to native fluency levels) (French is a plus) with 2-3 years of experience in creative roles, and a background in social media. The role is on-site, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for various formats, including the web, social media, email, and print.
- Design engaging visuals and graphics for digital and print media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (limited).
- Produce and ideate video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics in tandem with our Performance team.
- Collaborate with the Performance team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into creative work.
- Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring all creative output is accurate, error-free, polished, and professional.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, such as copywriting, graphic design, or video production.
- Proven ability to create compelling content across various media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native level).
- Experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
- Some knowledge/experience with film/video production
- Experience in creating and editing video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
