Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, develop marketing strategies, organize marketing events, and collaborate with the marketing team.
Administrative Support:
1) Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.
2) Maintain client files, documents, and records, ensuring accuracy and organization for easy access and reference (google drive)
Client Communication:
1) Serve as a liaison between the agency and clients, handling routine inquiries, requests, and communications promptly and professionally.
2) Respond to client emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, providing assistance and support as needed.
3) Create and send contact reports after every client meeting
Project Coordination:
1) Responsible for coordinating the execution of advertising campaigns and projects, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
2) Assist with project management tasks such as tracking project progress, updating status reports, and monitoring deadlines.
4) Collaborate with the paid advertising team to implement, build, publish, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Review targeted spends and make suggestions to account manager/media buyer in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance within meta, and google)
Creative Brief Development:
1) Develop and prepare creative briefs and project briefs based on client input and objectives.
2) Ensure that all necessary information and requirements are documented accurately and communicated effectively to internal teams.
Client Reporting and Documentation:
1) Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and meeting materials, compiling relevant data, insights, and analyses as needed.
Quality Assurance:
1) Review creative materials, drafts, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications and brand guidelines.
2) Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to creative teams based on client feedback and internal reviews.
Team Collaboration:
1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, production, and media to facilitate the execution and delivery of client projects.
2) Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements to internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
3) Support the creation and scheduling/deploying of email/sms marketing campaigns (Manage Klaviyo lists, segmenting audiences, and analysing email/sms campaign performance within Klaviyo)
Research and Analysis:
1) Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to support client strategy and planning efforts.
2) Compile research findings, data, and insights into monthly reports or presentations for internal and client use.
Continuous Learning and Development:
1) Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing.
Relationship Building:
1) Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional writing and proofreading skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools
- Diploma or higher - in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
