We are an award-winning social media agency looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. As a boutique agency, we work with a select number of clients across a range of industries - from scaling startups to household brands. While our portfolio features some heavy hitters, we keep our client list small (by agency standards) so that our team can really dig into accounts and spend time getting to know the brand.
While this position is fully remote, only candidates located in Ontario will be considered. The current role is part-time at 20 hours per week, though we can be flexible for the right candidate and, ideally, would move to a full-time position.

Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Design eye-catching templates and graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Collaborate with client design teams to create and refresh assets
- Maintain client asset banks and branding guidelines in our internal systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our clients' social media presence.
Skills & experience you should have:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a social media or marketing agency.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative on creative projects.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software would be an asset
