Kubota Canada Ltd. is currently seeking a full time Product Support Manager to join its team in Saskatchewan. This position will focus on guiding dealers to maximize parts sales, ensure effective inventory management and profitability, and enhance warranty administration. Your expertise will be essential in promoting continuous technical knowledge among our dealers, contributing to our goal of delivering superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Enhance dealer operational efficiency and profitability across all aftersales areas.
- Support dealers in expanding and maintaining superior warranty, parts, and service practices.
- Regularly monitor dealers (Net Promoter Score) to identify trends, foster business growth, and gauge overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and dealers, and actively participate in trade shows.
- Conduct product surveys and implement aftersales programs.
- Promote technical expertise by motivating dealers to enroll their technicians in Kubota's technical training programs, further supported by Kubota University.
- Advocate for dealer operational efficiency and profitability.
- Encourage dealers to integrate digital technologies
- Embrace innovation and transition from older processes to new tools and technologies.
- Promote the adoption of energy conservation technologies among dealers to reduce energy consumption and increase profitability.
- Embrace and promote Kubota's shared values of For Earth, For Life.
Qualifications/Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering, or a diploma or trade certification in a mechanical field, complemented by business training or relevant experience.
- Technical expertise in hydraulic and electrical systems, transmissions, and engines.
- Understanding of dealership parts and service operations.
- Ability to comprehend, present, and achieve results outlined in business plans.
- Background in engines, agriculture, construction, or turf equipment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and ability to deal with changes and complex demands.
- Negotiation skill
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Excellent computer skills and fluency including Microsoft applications.
