Who Are We?
PledgX (pledgx.com) was founded in June 2020 by four entrepreneurs in technology, banking, big data, and trade finance with a mission to transform the process of assessing, guaranteeing, and monitoring performance risk in the construction industry. The founders have a proven record of accomplishment in building ideas into valuable companies harnessing state-of-the-art technologies.
PledgX is building a platform that connects stakeholders (owners, contractors, bonding companies, and brokers) to a single source of information on contract performance. The platform provides insights to bonding issuers that enable them to underwrite a contractor’s risk at the onset and then continue to assess and manage that risk through the life of each bonded project.
