As our client continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Coordinator to join the team in Brampton, ON.
As a Rental Coordinator you are a key customer-facing individual. You will be responsible for managing the entire rental process, from customer inquiries to contract processing, equipment delivery coordination, and inventory management. The Rental Coordinator ensures that customers receive exceptional service by addressing their needs promptly, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication.

What You Will Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Process rental agreements, coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups, and manage inventory
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the rental process
- Support branch operations with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment is available and properly maintained

- Ability to identify and name construction equipment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
