Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the medical device sector, with a focus on GI-related products.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, distributors, and other industry partners.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Operational duties: Optimizing operational processes related to customer PO, product delivery, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products to clients.
- Training & Development: Provide product training and support to both internal teams and external clients.
Required Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, life sciences, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of medical device sales experience. Familiarity with the GI (Gastrointestinal) field is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
