We are retained by one of our clients who is a $300M global building products manufacturer that is a market leader for their product category. They are constantly innovating new product lines and have access to 240 service partners globally! They are looking for a Technical Support Manager to oversee their warranty and technical support workflows as well as a team of six direct reports. They are most interested in someone that has experience in the commercial HVAC space and has a natural sense of urgency to help your customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage warranty and technical support flows
- Handle field training, warranty, and delivery issues that require coordination between field and factory
- Support drive for increased growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of experience of building and managing an after sales support team and infrastructure
- Strong technical knowledge of products and systems in the HVAC industry
- Ability to read construction drawings, layouts and electrical, hydraulic schematics
