Job Role : Enterprise Architect

Job Description :
Daily Responsibilities:
- This role will be involved in all aspects of the technology portfolio management, patterns and other architecture standards, and related project lifecycle including analyze, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Work closely with the product owners, architects, developers and other stake holders in agile methodology.
- Document the user stories, process workflow, control procedures and user guidance. Identify areas of opportunity and conduct analysis to recommend gap closures; improve efficiency and effectiveness of tech governance processes.
- Facilitate communications and meetings with Technology Owners to process new technology registration, and other tech management tasks.
- Work with requester and reviewer to process all technology exemptions.
- Identify data quality rules required to keep Tech Inventory as a reliable source of data.
- Develop/maintain Tableau dashboard, monitor and maintain a high quality of the data quality.
- Lead the Workbench and Technology verification cycles; provide user support in documentation, user inquiries, training sessions, etc.
- Demonstrate the new features to the stakeholders and user community.
- Ensure that project activities are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budgets.
Essential for this Project :
- A broad understanding of the technology landscape, ability to classify technologies with its capabilities. (30%)
- Document the user stories, process workflow, control procedures and user guidance. Identify areas of opportunity and conduct analysis to recommend gap closures; improve efficiency and effectiveness of tech governance processes. (25%)
- Facilitate communications and meetings with Technology Owners to process new technology registration, and other management tasks. (25%)
- Experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau dashboards & analytics, and working knowledge of Tableau administration. (20%)
