Help Desk Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Endpoint and peripheral provisioning & maintenance
- Experience with creating system images an asset
- Classify and triage requests for support and software
- Provide support to staff using remote support software
- Experience with Kanban ticket systems an asset
- Manage and audit MDM Configuration, conditional access policies, and enterprise application software deployments
- Experience with remote deployment of line-of-business applications an asset
- Support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining, and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the company’s needs and values.
- Act as a point of contact for IT related matters in Office and Remote settings.
- Provide IT services for all Head Office staff members.
- Provide privacy and security trainings to all Head Office staff members.
- Collaborate with Compliance department to ensure the company adheres to all compliance related laws and regulations
- Partake in meetings with IT team to create and enhance tools used on company desktops and mobile devices
- Collaborate in-office with IT team to provision flawless a network experience for staff
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT Security, IT Management, IT Support or related discipline or 2+ years equivalent experience is an asset but not required.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrative Associate is a strong asset
- Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
- Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal
- EDR Tools (Defender XDR)
- Basic knowledge of Powershell
- Hardware and OS troubleshooting
- Office 365 troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities — Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable and professional in delivering challenging information via in-person, phone, and email interactions.

- Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in French or Spanish is a significant asset; willingness to learn these languages is also valued.
