Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts across multiple brands and channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
- Support the development of marketing content such as newsletters, press releases and creative.
- Manage approvals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and organize the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- A passion for travel.
