Job Title: Senior Test Lead
Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Range: C$500 - C$600/Day
About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Senior Test Lead to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, ensuring software reliability and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and scenarios.
- Test Execution: Conduct thorough functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
- Automation: Drive automation initiatives using tools like Selenium WebDriver.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver)
- Experience with API testing and database testing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management frameworks (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with healthcare systems and HL7 FHIR standards
