Reporting to your mentor, the Remote Customer Care, Sales & Team Manager leads a team in customer service and sale associates to meet business goals within AO National. The incumbent will work to protect the interest of customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages teams’ day-to-day performance
- Provides coaching and feedback to motivate and engage employee outcomes in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives; acts to address gaps in performance which may impact outcomes
- Leverage a proven outreach program to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations via Zoom, showcasing our products and services
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills
- Builds and maintains relationships across Customer Care
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience creating goals and developing strategies to achieve the goals
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills
- Showcase a strong work ethic, committing to delivering exceptional service
- Fully proficient in use of MS Office
- Strong facilitation and management skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
