Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest. They will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence, as well as The Loft's. This role requires a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and most importantly, a passion for fashion, beauty and marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for fashion and beauty e-commerce brands across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform.
Schedule and publish content across social media channels, ensuring optimal timing and consistency.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the fashion and beauty industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, including their respective algorithms and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
Passion for fashion, beauty, and e-commerce.
