Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vancouver, BC - onsite

Type: Part-Time Contract (30 hours/week)

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time contract Administrative Assistant for one of our client's regional Vancouver branches. You bring a strong work ethic, are a strong team player and consistently bring your "can do" attitude. If you approach interactions with a friendly, cooperative and customer service focus attitude, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do

Provide Mail & Courier support.
Various administrative duties as required.
Report building issues to Property Management/Corporate Office Facilities Department.
Issue and maintain access card and temporary access requests. Additionally, maintain access card inventory and reorder when necessary.
Manage, track, and provide monthly parking assignments report to HR, if required.
Reception Coverage (when required for another regional branch).

Mandatories (must Have To Qualify)

Post-secondary education and/or learning courses preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Administrative Role.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to switch tasks effectively while staying organized.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situation.
