We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for the artistic creation and execution of our brand visual identity. You will also create engaging designs for social media and blog articles, design landing pages through HubSpot CMS, and collaborate with our product team by building wireframes in Figma. Additionally, you will assist with various ad-hoc marketing requests.

Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching social media graphics and visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns to maximize conversion ratios.
Design appealing blog and newsletter headers and supporting images.
Develop and implement high-converting landing pages on HubSpot, focusing on user experience and lead generation.
Utilize Figma to design wireframes for new web pages, ensuring a clean, modern, and responsive user interface across all devices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate project requirements into compelling visuals.
Assist with ad-hoc requests for various marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date on the latest design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing various design skills and experience with social media graphics, landing pages, and wireframe designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar.
Working knowledge of web design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Experience with HubSpot CMS is a solid plus.
Proficient verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in French is a strong asset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality design work.

Experience with basic HTML and CSS
Experience with video editing software
