Student / Researcher at the Canada Energy Regulator. I worked with the Gender-Based Analysis team to
contribute to the creation of policy documents outlining anti-harassment mechanisms at the CER.
Through my experience in research and policy analysis, I have created clear and accessible diagrams and
guidance documents outlining policy procedures and legal mechanisms available to CER employees. By
fostering a more effective and tolerant workplace environment, we successfully reduced rates of
harassment at the CER by 30%. Furthermore, my research and organizational skills have been honed
through various assignments focused on gathering, categorizing, and communicating policy-related
doctrine. During this time, I have also gained proficiency in market research platforms such as Tableau
and received training in brand management, which I have implemented in the creation of policy
diagrams and communication materials.
In my role as Treasurer at the Sustainable Development Hub, I have successfully managed the
creation and operation of the first annual SDG Hub Business Case Competition. I excel in drafting
financial documents and analytical material, as well as crafting applications for funding. Through my
tenure as a Communications Liaison with a Calgary West Provincial EDA, I have demonstrated my ability
to leverage social media and online platforms to raise awareness and promote community engagement.
By creating compelling promotional tools, I have effectively championed organizational goals and ideas,
while also supporting event planning and community outreach initiatives. Furthermore, I have
researched provincial policy positions and effectively translated them into calls to action that resonate
with community members.
