We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants /Nurse Assistant to join our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their well-being, and enhancing their quality of life.
Eligibility : Diploma or Equivalent degree in Nursing ( Care Assistant)
Prior experience as a Care Assistant or in a related role is preferred,
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning in bed or chairs.
- Provide assistance with feeding and maintaining proper nutrition.
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Report any significant changes in vital signs to the nursing staff.
- Support healthcare professionals during medical procedures, examinations, and tests.
- Set up and clean medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including inputting data into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Document patient observations, care provided, and any changes in condition.
- ollow proper infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
- Assist patients with walking, exercise, and rehabilitation activities.
- Implement fall prevention measures.
- Attend to the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Ensure patients are positioned comfortably in bed or chairs.
- Engage patients in therapeutic activities and recreational programs.
- Encourage social interaction among patients.
