Job Title: Health Care Assistants

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to work in Canada under a 2-year work permit with a clear pathway to Permanent Residency (PR).
Eligibility
- Candidates must have IELTS with CLB 7
- 2 year experience relevant field
- Certification as a Health Care Assistant or Personal Support Worker is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant feild
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
