As an SMM, you'll spearhead the creation and execution of innovative campaign strategies while managing the daily presence of our clients' brands across various social platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple brands, including franchise-based clients with up to 30 entities under one umbrella.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Digital Marketing teams to develop integrated social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Craft engaging content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
- Proactively engage with audiences to identify and capitalize on customer service opportunities.
- Develop and execute social media calendars and workflows.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Art Direction team to produce visually captivating content consistent with client branding.
- Oversee the design elements of social media accounts to ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Collaborate with copywriters on blog content, from research to execution.
- Propose and implement innovative features to enhance brand visibility, such as promotions and contests.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years Advertising Agency Experience
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience, supported by demonstrable case studies.
- Proficiency across various social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Highly Skilled using Canva
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., SEMRush, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- In-depth understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in strategic content creation and copywriting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, SEM & SEO, and their interplay in digital marketing strategies.
