Role Description
Reporting to the North American Traditional Marketing & Events Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support marketing efforts and content creation across lottery programs. This consumer driven marketing expert will work to develop impactful collateral in partnership with cross-functional teams, the broader marketing team and vendors that will drive consumer engagement and action. This role will also help support the marketing team in peak periods and optimize consumer touchpoints for impact.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaboration - Coordinate with teams to develop and recommend strategies for annual plans and campaigns to grow key programs.
Partnerships - Ability to build relationships to work across a variety of vendors and marketing channels to deliver impactful messaging across consumer targets that deliver on campaign goals.
· Work closely with all vendors and suppliers, fostering strong business relationships and representing the Client in a professional manner
Campaign Coordination - Assists in the creation of content development for traditional and digital channels including but not limited to; tv, radio, print, out of home, direct to home and support content needs for digital media, website, and email marketing.
- Assist in managing vendors to develop marketing collateral to support key lotteries and campaigns with a focus on traditional marketing channels.
Teamwork - Participate in creating content that will deliver effective, consistent, clean content to meet or exceed program goals for the marketing team and vendors.
- Supporting the team in peak periods across marketing channels by attending key events, creating content and being agile in helping to deliver campaign goals.
- Collaborate with marketing team, vendors, and analyst to assess, to help plan, develop and lead the implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to optimize content on lotteries.

Fiscal Responsibilities - Support the management of marketing budgets across marketing channels on key lottery programs coordinating across teams and ensuring accuracy.
· Adhere to the approved strategy, budgets, and schedules
Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Team
Market Research and Analysis - Collect, distribute and help analyze data to prepare reports reflecting responsiveness to marketing approaches, research and evaluate competitive trends and industry best practices.
· Provides marketing expertise[CO1] and examples from cross market experiences and assistance with recommendations to internal and external stakeholders for market specific strategies and impactful messaging to improve program outcomes
Strategic Planning - Ensure the programs are delivered in accordance with strategic objectives.
· Assist in identifying potential risks prior to and during the program and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
· Experience supporting marketing campaigns and budgets.
· Diploma or degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
· A mindset for pitching in and getting involved across channels and touchpoints is an asset.
· Experience working with vendors and agencies.
· Experience working in cross functional teams.
· Have a mindset towards measurement, optimization, and collaboration.
· Experience working on multiple campaigns and brands.
· Experience managing a complex budget across different internal stakeholders.
· Strong analytical skills and understand successful marketing campaign measurements will be an asset.
