About Our Company: WhereiPark, a member of the Spacer Technologies Group, is a digital marketplace for monthly parking - our platform connects those looking for parking with real estate partners with excess parking capacity. WhereiPark makes it simple to participate in the marketplace and generate new revenue streams for its real estate partners.
This role is focused on helping WhereiPark continue to grow its business across North America. The responsibilities are primarily focused on building new relationships with real estate partners, showing them how WhereiPark's platform would work for them, and signing them up as new partners.
The position is based out of the Toronto office and will work with clients across North America (primarily in large US cities).
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Developing lists of prospects and identifying prospective clients using WhereiPark’s in-house tools as well as conventional tools.
- Connecting with prospective clients via phone and email to introduce WhereiPark and describe the opportunities available to them.
- Attend industry events locally and across North America to further WhereiPark’s brand awareness
- Assisting clients set up their accounts and ensuring a smooth and friendly onboarding process
- Representing WhereiPark with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Real Estate, Parking, or IT services sectors.
- Strong ability to network and establish new business relationships.
- Experience organizing and participating in industry-specific events.
- A strong understanding of property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred but not required

Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year base salary.
