Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Executive Assistant at Verismo Health Inc. in North York, ON, with flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support including driving the executive around on the company vehicle, managing expense reports, and handling administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication and administrative assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
