Job Title: Marketing Analytical Specialist
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Pay Rate: $45-$50/Hr
Overview:
- Looking for a Marketing Analytics specialist who has a strong understanding of analytics platforms, experience in drawing insights from performance data, and familiarity with digital media tagging and tracking.
- This position is best suited for someone with a marketing analytics background, with digital marketing ops and/or CDP platform/audience segmentation experience, strong project management expertise, and a keen interest in marketing technology. Experience with mobile measurement platforms, mobile app tagging, tracking, and analytics is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and agency partners to ensure successful tagging and tracking implementation to enable accurate reporting.
- Own E2E go-to-market analytics using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) platform to support personalization, experimentation, and customer journey orchestration (CJO) performance analysis and surface any optimization and data segmentation opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Website, and Design teams to support data enablement for a/b tests, personalization, and tailored customer experiences.
- Day to day management of mobile analytics platform (Kochava), including supporting channel marketing teams and agencies with tracking set up, attribution, and analytics.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into targeted audience performance to relevant stakeholders
- Support channels teams and agencies with implementation of tagging/tracking strategies
- Support in CDP platform (AEP) with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing CJO executions
- Influence platform adoption amongst internal stakeholders and team members
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Technology or related field
- Analytics platform experience within digital marketing preferred, digital media, or marketing ad ops, either in a full-time or internship capacity
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, audience segmentation strategies, Lifecycle marketing strategies and activation
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highgrowth environment
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Proven experience managing marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe analytics, and Kochava
- Familiarity with tag management platforms such as Tealium
- Strong experience in ad tagging & tracking, ad buying platforms, and Adobe Experience Suite,
- Exceptional communication and people skills
