We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and will be responsible for driving quality improvements, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management standards and lead internal audits to maintain compliance.
Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems for manufacturing processes, utilizing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and vision system technologies.
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize product quality.
Monitor and analyze product defects, process deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.
Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Assist in the training and development of quality assurance and production staff on quality control methodologies.

Qualifications/ Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing practices.
Understanding and experience with CMM and vision systems for quality inspection.
Strong understanding of FMEA, RCA, and continuous improvement processes.
Project management experience and skill set is preferred
