The Role:
Our Marketing team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director and working alongside the Marketing Coordinator, the new Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the daily production of marketing and promotional materials for advisors. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts by creating visually appealing designs and assisting with various marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in graphic and communications design and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Given the dynamic nature of the real estate industry, this role requires someone who is adaptable and can handle frequent changes with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content, including brochures, flyers, email blasts, social media graphics, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Design and update property listing presentations and templates for agents.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, managing inventory, and coordinating printing and production processes.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and software tools to continuously enhance the quality and impact of marketing collateral.
Collaborate with external printers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
In this role, we value:
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of print production processes.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of setting up print files and communicating with print companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and a quick learning ability, with the skill to apply style guides creatively while building and iterating on them.

Salary: $46,000 - 50,000 / year based on experience and candidate professional profile.
