We’re hiring! We’re looking for a versatile Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our Brand Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in executing our brand voice across social media platforms. You will coordinate our social presence, create content, and ensure our brand message reaches and engages our audience effectively through follower growth.
This is a full-time position based in Toronto, ON. While our team primarily operates remotely, you'll be required to attend in-person co-working days twice a week at our downtown office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow social media presence by increasing followers across TikTok and Instagram by creating frequent, engaging, and relevant content.
- Lead social media content calendar with final approval from Brand Manager.
- Brainstorm, create, film and edit all social media content as outlined in social media calendar.
- Source UGC by working with content creators, creating briefs, and approving content as needed on a campaign basis.
- Schedule all posts across various social media accounts, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
- Respond to all comments and direct messages, collaborating with Customer Service as needed.
- Utilize social media analytics software to track, analyze and report on performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate integrated campaigns and promotions across all digital platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing an asset.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Experience with video content creation and editing is essential.
- Proficiency in social media analytics software to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and innovative content.
- Ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
