Systems Administrator/ Operations Support Specialist
- Contract Duration 6 Months
- Pay range - C$300 to 400/day
Scope:
- The Systems Administrator supports the migration of all historical data from the current inventory tracking tool into CMDB
- Support all ongoing project inventory data into CMDB
- Re-script all existing logs and transfer/data entry all tracking lists into databases.
- All Dashboard and Report updates
Deliverables:
- Follow procedures/instructions to upload or enter data into eSMT CMDB from existing data sources within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for eSMT CMDB entry
- Update and verify data accuracy in various dashboards by gathering detailed information from the intake team and project management team.
- Update existing scripts for various logs
- Assist in modifying Database structure as required
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete data
- Systems Administrator responds to queries for information and accesses relevant files or data
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases and dashboards
- Proactively verifying data through source documents
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Performing data searches
- Assist with Audio/Visual and IT support
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Operation support

Note:
- This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the Assignment under this request will provisionally be “Hybrid”, working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.
- These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of our client's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.
