Job Description:

Deliverables: Follow procedures/instructions to upload or enter data into eSMT CMDB from existing data source within time limits.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for eSMT CMDB entry.
Update and verify data accuracy in various dashboards by gathering detail information from intake team and project management team.
Update existing scripts for various logs.
Assist in modifying Database structure as required.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete data.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files or data.
Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases and dashboards.
Proactively verifying data through source documents.
Monitoring and updating existing data when required.
Performing data searches.
Assist with Audio/Visual and IT support.
At least 3 years of Operation support.
Skills and Knowledge: Experience with Justice Video Network.
Experience with Audio/Visual hardware and software technologies.
Experience with Videoconferencing hardware and software technologies.
Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Experience with Inventory Management.
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
Experience with day-to-day computer systems operations.
Experience with information retrieval packages.
Experience with one or more communications protocols.
Experience with database management and scripting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
Experience with enterprise Data Analysis / visualization tools like Power BI.
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
Experience with MS Office (Excel) and data programs (PostgreSQL).
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Criteria 1 - Technical Skills (35 Points): Programming and database languages, Common operating systems, Software proficiency.
Configuration management skills – Management of component inventory (CMDB).
ITIL best practices.
Audio/Visual hardware and software technologies.
Video Conferencing hardware and software technologies.
Criteria 2 - Business Analysis Skills (30 Points): Interpersonal and consultative skills, Facilitation skills.
Good understanding of typical business concepts such as accounting principles, inventory management, issuing purchase orders, order fulfillment, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Criteria 3 - Communication Skills (30 Points): Presentation skills, Writing skills, Negotiating and Facilitating skills.
Criteria 4 - Public Sector Experience (5 Points).
5 Years of Experience (Justice sector preferred).
Knowledge: Codes.
Scripts.
Project documents.
Project communications.
Project Coordinator / Team members.
Meetings / team meetings / documentation on SharePoint site, throughout the duration of the project life cycle etc.
