We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in a variety of physical tasks to help keep the shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong hand-eye coordination, and have experience using hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of shop
- Complete regular maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain rent-ready condition
- Communicate with management, co-workers, and clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Work effectively to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are in rent-ready condition
- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory
- Make deliveries and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
- Class G driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
