We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our Marketing team and turn concepts into visually engaging masterpieces. If you have a passion for creating designs that wow, captivate, and communicate, we want you to bring your magic to our brand! Whether you're designing websites, digital ads, or Sales materials, we want you to create work that stands out and makes an impact.
What will you do?
- Design with Impact: You’ll have the opportunity to visually convey the message for digital ads, social media posts, newsletters, blog content, trade show booths, advertisements, websites, videos, product collateral and other mediums.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing, Sales, and Product Design teams to bring our company’s vision to life across all touchpoints. You’ll be an integral part of the team, contributing ideas and collaborating on creative strategies.
- Elevate the Brand: Help define and expand our visual identity, making sure everything from our website to our pitch decks looks on point, aligned, and true to the Paramount identity
- Push the Boundaries of Design: Whether it's experimenting with the latest design trends or creating something completely new, you’re always up for pushing the envelope and trying something fresh and unexpected.
- Own Your Projects: From concept to execution, you’ll take full ownership of your designs, ensuring they’re not only beautiful but also purposeful, functional, and user-friendly.
What we are looking for
- 1-3 years of experience working in a visual design/graphic design or similar role
- A thoughtful portfolio that shows us your creativity and versatility
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in motion design.
- A strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback with grace and enthusiasm.
- A collaborative mindset—you love brainstorming with teams and bouncing ideas around.
- (Nice to have) Any experience in web design, copywriting and/or animation would be awesome but is not required!
