Kilne is a chef-tested cookware company founded in 2020 and is based in Toronto. Kilne products are worthy of professional chefs but designed for home cooks. All of our products are meant to empower home cooks, allowing them to create magic in their kitchen through thoughtfully designed cookware. We are a small and collaborative team looking to fill the position of E-Commerce and Project Management Specialist.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce and Marketing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Oversee the onsite experience: ensure all promotions, products and content are added to the site when required
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Create and execute overall e-commerce strategy
- Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Continuously optimise landing pages, product display, product information, and on-site search
- Collaborate with the creative team to create content, organise promotions and campaigns
Project Management
- Develop and oversee product launches
- Communicate objectives and timelines with the team
- Manage any changes to project scope, timelines, and resources
- Inventory management: allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal project performance and delivery
- Give regular updates on project progress, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience with project management
- Kind leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Can work cross functionally
- Autonomous and self-driven: we are a small startup!
- Experience with copyrighting and email marketing an asset
- Shopify expert
