We are looking for a dynamic digital marketing professional who has a passion for skincare, haircare and makeup. In this role, you will support digital marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C channels to grow brand awareness, enhance brand storytelling, support company goals and maximize partner success.
You will also execute day-to-day operations of B2C e-commerce websites, in close collaboration and with the guidance of our Brand and Marketing Managers. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, and have exposure to global manufacturers in the professional beauty field.
Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work collaboratively with Marketing Team to:
- Roll-out brand launches, promotions and campaigns across Canada.
- Create and maintain ongoing digital marketing & support tools for professional spa and salon partners.
- Deliver on global manufacturer requests such as launch plans, performance reviews and any other special requests or reports.
- Support social media team with ideas, initiatives and ongoing content calendars to align digital strategies.
- Execute day-to-day operations of brand e-commerce websites and related applications to ensure they are up to date and aligned with current offerings.
- Research, analyze and propose features, applications and tools to improve website performance and user experience.
- Effectively utilize digital medias to increase site traffic, generate new customers and drive sales.
- Monitor customer orders for trends, opportunities, challenges and/or inaccuracies and communicate with necessary teams across departments.
- Participate in Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly team or cross-departmental meetings, as well as applicable manufacturer meetings, webinars and virtual events.
- Communicate effectively with Brand & Marketing Managers, Graphic Coordinator etc. to ensure content needs are being met for various digital media channels.
- Complete requested monthly reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Experience working with e-commerce software and related web applications is extremely beneficial.
- Strong understanding of various digital media channels including social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
- Strong written, verbal and creative communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for design.
- Motivated by achieving goals.
- Open to feedback and developing new skills.
- Positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
